The estimated value of our classes is approximately $55 per lesson. However, as a donation-supported nonprofit arts academy, we do not require payment for participation.
Families who believe in the mission of Upward Arts Academy are welcome to contribute through voluntary donations or sponsorships to help support instructors, supplies, scholarships, and program operations.
Our goal is to make quality arts education accessible to every student in our community, regardless of financial circumstances, because we believe in your kids and WE WANT TO INVEST IN THEM.

Yes! We are always looking for passionate, encouraging people who love kids, love to have fun, and have creative arts skills to share. Whether your background is in dance, music, art, creative writing, media, tech arts, filmmaking, or another creative field, we’d love to hear from you.

Upward Arts Academy is designed to be a fun, inspiring, and encouraging place where students can build friendships, grow in confidence, and explore their creativity in a positive environment.

Most classes are approximately 45 minutes long and are taught in small group sessions of about 5–10 students or fewer, depending on the class being offered.

Student safety is extremely important to us at Upward Arts Academy. Our facility includes security cameras, organized check-in /out procedures, and supervised classroom environments designed to provide a safe, welcoming, and encouraging experience for students and families. During class sessions, the building is monitored and secured during check-in and class times to help provide a safer environment for students. We also strive to maintain proper safety standards, respectful behavior, and positive supervision throughout all activities. All teachers and approved volunteers are expected to complete background screening procedures before working with students.

We are currently working on our official school calendar and class schedule for the upcoming season.
Our schedule will generally follow the flow of the local school systems, including major holidays and seasonal breaks, to help make planning easier for families. More details and updated scheduling information will be posted on our website as we get closer to launch.
